The best part about KAICON is that we don’t have to wait for subcontractors as our internal team handles all the tasks with utmost perfection and in due time. Our Goal
Our goal is to attain an accident-free zone because safety is a moral obligation for us.
Our employees and subcontractors can expect an environment that is true to the belief that everyone has the right to return home safely at the end of the workday, because we are committed to creating an environment that makes safety our number one priority while conducting our business.
We believe that the best results are achieved only when everyone works together. KAICON employees, consults with, and subcontracts only the most professional individuals and deals with only the top suppliers in an effort to achieve the best results.
We will treat others as we wish to be treated and this is our promise to you!
Warranty
We understand that warranty is important but what is more important than the warranty itself is the process of correcting deficiencies. To build a new house involves 80 to 90 different people, approximately 15,000 hours of labour, and thousands of different parts, pieces and mechanical devices, etc. It's a given fact that something is not going to work right and will need to be repaired or replaced. Here’s what we do:
We go to great lengths to "get it right the first time"
However, if something does come up, our policy is to return all calls within 24 hours and to rectify any deficiencies without delay.
Communication is key to any successful project
All our clients are given our personal cell numbers so we can be reached at any time.
We put it in writing for you
Most construction issues amongst contractor and client occur because of a misunderstanding about what is and what is not included in the service. We put all the details in writing before we start and then deliver what we promise.
